We have accessible rooms featuring an ADA-compliant bathroom with standard roll-in shower, safety bars, and a fold-out seat. Call us at (970) 586-4376 so we can block the room for you.
We encourage all guests with disabilities or mobility concerns to please contact the Front Desk to discuss room options, property layout, and specifications.
Although we make every effort to meet your room requests, we are not always able to honor side-by-side room requests.
Coyote Mountain Lodge has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation received before 3:00 p.m. two days prior to the arrival date will be accepted without charges applied. During peak times or special events, we may require variations to this cancellation policy. Please refer to the specific policy quoted at the time of the reservation and written on your confirmation.
At the time of cancellation, we will provide you with a cancellation number and email a cancellation notice. We suggest you save this communication.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m..
If you desire a late check-out and your room is available, a half-day room rate will apply up to 6 pm. A full day rate will apply to guests wishing to depart after 6 pm.
Early Departure Fee: One night's rate plus tax based on that evening’s rate.
The minimum age to register is 21.
A deposit for your full stay + tax will be taken as early as the day before your arrival.
At Coyote Mountain Lodge, our Housekeeping department provides service daily. Bed linens are changed every third day and only towels placed on the floor are replaced as part of our property’s eco-friendly initiative. Linens can be changed more frequently upon request.

We offer complimentary outdoor parking on our premises.
All reservations require a valid credit/debit card to guarantee the reservation. We authorize the credit/debit card the day prior to arrival. If we are unable to obtain an authorization the reservation is subject to cancellation. We accept a variety of payment methods, including:
Cash payments will be for the full amount including taxes and fees upfront. A valid credit card must be on file at all times. A security deposit of $100 is required and will be returned to you on your departure date.
We are a dog-friendly property and are happy for you to have up to three dogs in your room. We do reserve the right to refuse a room to a guest whose dog we deem unsafe or overly loud in such a way as to harm or bother other guests. We take special care to clean each room by following special post-pet procedures. As such, we do charge a $10 + tax cleaning fee per night per dog, and should there be any damage we will charge a replacement fee.
Please clean up after your dog and properly dispose of any waste.
Due to allergy and safety concerns, we do not allow any other types of pets. We welcome all service animals with the proper documentation at no additional charge.
POOL & HOT TUBS
Our hot tubs are open to guests until 10 pm in the summer and 9 pm in the off seasons. After 8 pm we ask that you observe quiet hours. When leaving the outdoor hot tub, please replace the cover.
Pak N Plays
We do have a limited number of cots available upon request free of charge. Please check with us prior to your arrival to confirm availability.
Smoking is only allowed in designated exterior areas. If you choose to smoke in a non-smoking room, you will be assessed a $200 cleaning fee. Please be mindful of your fellow guests.
Special requests like hair dryers, irons & boards, or other items can be made by calling the front desk. If there is anything else we can do to make your stay with us even more special, do not hesitate to ask.
THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS
Any reservation made through a 3rd party site may be subject to different policies and may require prepayment or a deposit. If you have any special requests or needs, we suggest you contact the hotel directly. If you book through a 3rd party site any revisions or changes to the reservation must be made directly with the originating site. The hotel cannot make any changes to 3rd party reservations.
